Sompo Holdings Acquired ABEJA’s 21.9% Shares and Signed Business Alliance Agreement with ABEJA

ABEJA, an investee of Inspire Investment Corporation and PIEF, signed Business Alliance Agreement with Sompo Holdings and Sompo Holdings acquired 21.9% of ABEJA’s previously issued shares on April 14 through transfer from existing shareholders. Through this alliance, ABEJA is now an affiliate of Sompo Holdings, and ABEJA continues to aim to become a listed company at TSE Mothers.

Both companies will make maximum use of the real data generated by the Sompo Group and ABEJA’s strengths in AI and data analysis technologies and its talent resources to provide Real-Data Platform for Safety, Security and Health to various business partners and customers.
