    Kunihiro Ashida, Representative Director and Chairman

    -Born in Dalian, China in 1937. After graduated from Nagoya Institute of Technology, department of mechanical engineering, joined Sumitomo Corporation in 1959.
    -1962-1970 worked for Sumitomo Corporation Germany on loan, and was inaugurated as President of Sumitomo Corporation Germany in1982.
    -Acceded to the post of Director of Sumitomo Corporation in 1989, in charge of C&C and engineering development unit.
    -After serving as Executive Director and Manager of Chubu branch since 1993, Senior Executive Director and Manager of Chubu branch since 1996.
    -was inaugurated as Representative Director and Vice-President in 1998, CIO, in charge of information, telecommunication system group, director in charge of western Japan division and machinery and electronic unit 1 (automobile, aircraft, railroad, transport machine)
    -Acceded to the post of Special Advisor in 2001.
    -During this time, held prominent positions such as Chairman of the Japan Romania Economics Committee, Chairman of the far Eastern economic committee of Japan Federation of Economic Organizations, Director of German Chamber of Commerce in Japan. Devoted to the mutual communication between Japan and Europe and economic development.

    Makoto Naruke, Representative Director and President & CEO

    -Born in Hokkaido in 1955. After graduated from Chuo University, joined ASCII Corporation in 1982 and sent to AsciiMicrosoft Co., Ltd. on loan.
    -Joined Microsoft Corporation in 1986, and was inaugurated as Representative Director and President in 1991 after serving as Marketing Director , and was inaugurated as Director and Special Advisor in 2000 (retired in May, 2001).
    -Established Inspire Corporation in 2000 and was inaugurated as Representative Director and President.
    -Currently serving as an outside director for various companies, such as Suruga Bank Ltd. and SQUARE ENIX CO., LTD..
    -Playing an active role as Member of e-Japan Strategy II, Cabinet Secretariat The Strategic Headquarters for the Promotion of an Advanced Information and Telecommunications Network Society, Member of National Congress for the 21st Century Japan.

    Masaaki Kobayashi, Director and Vice-President & COO

    -Supervises overall operation and fund management. An expert on due diligence, value evaluation and investment management for company reproduction.
    -Previously at ORIX, engaged in back up services for acquisitions of business and loan, and increasing liquidity of the debt

    Jun Nakajima, Director and Vice-President, in charge of development of new business

    -Leading development of the new business fields, research of advanced technology, support for its comercialization, and alliance strategies.
    -Previously at Dentsu Inc., engaged in corporation communication and afterward in general internet business such as interactive marketing strategy and construction of website for foreign financial companies, portal enterprises, and EC corporations.
    -Specialized in drawing up schemes for start-up business in line with new trends, value-based establishment of marketing strategies and overall production of contents.

    Ryousuke Takatsuki, Director

    -In charge of planning strategic scheme for investment and business development and industrial policy proposal.
    -Previously at Industrial Bank of Japan, engaged in systematization of valuation of a firm, project and intellectual property, and development of the credit risk management systems.
    -Previously at Internet Research Institute, Inc., engaged in company acquisition and business investment.
    -Serves concurrently as a visiting researcher at the University of Tokyo Research Center for Advanced Science and Technology, and a visiting associate professor at the graduate school of Kanazawa Institute of Technology, specializing intellectual creation system.

    Naoki Bando, Auditor, Representative Director of Japan Startups Corporation

    -In charge of raising IT business value of the companies concerned and planning strategy and action programs.
    -Specialized in OS, Desktop Application, and Enterprise Application.
    -Joined Justsystem Corporation in 1983 and engaged in the start up of Japanese word processing software, Ichitaro.
    -Joined Microsoft Corporation in 1994, directed marketing for Windows 2000 as General Manager of system products, after serving as General Manager of channel marketing, Manager of public relations.

    Motoshi Isobe, Chief of corporate communication department, Representative Director of Media Solution Inc.

    -In charge of corporate communication aiming at improvement of corporate value.
    -Previously Editorial office Economic Department vice-chief at The Japan Industrial Journal.
    - Based on the experience in IT industry for almost 10 years and know-how for construction of human network, serving for the maintenance of the trustful relationship with mass media.
